Tyler Erb finishes fourth in Dairyland Showdown at MTS
Beginning a busy stretch with the World of Outlaws Late Model Series, Tyler Erb unloaded the Best Performance Motorsports No. 1 Late Model on Tuesday at Independence Motor Speedway, where the Iowa oval hosted the touring series.
After finishing second in his heat race, Erb backed it up with another second-place finish in the 40-lap feature, charging from eighth to claim the runner-up spot.
Continuing north for the weekend, Erb joined 36 World of Outlaws entries at Mississippi Thunder Speedway for the Dairyland Showdown. Following a third-place finish on Thursday and a ninth-place outing on Friday, Erb wrapped up the weekend with a fourth-place finish in Saturday’s $40,000-to-win finale.
Erb is fourth in the latest World of Outlaws point standings.
