Top-10 finish in WoO's Bayou Classic at Boothill Speedway

New Waverly, Texas native Tyler Erb took his Best Performance Motorsports No. 1 Late Model into battle with the World of Outlaws Real American Beer Late Model Series this past weekend as the tour rolled into Louisiana’s Boothill Speedway for the Bayou Classic.

Erb opened the two-day weekend with a 16th-place finish in Friday’s preliminary feature. However, he showed improvement on Saturday, clocking the second-fastest time in his 21-car qualifying group before finishing second in his heat race. He went on to secure a 10th-place result in the $50,000-to-win Bayou Classic main event.
