Terbo notches sixth-place finish in Ocala's Winter Nationals opener
The 2025 Speedweeks campaign continued for Best Performance Motorsports and Tyler Erb on Tuesday evening with five consecutive nights of racing at the newly renamed Ocala (FL) Speedway.
With Tuesday marking his best finish of the week, Erb advanced into the opener with a third-place run in his heat race. Chasing a $7,000 preliminary payday, Tyler climbed three positions to register a sixth-place finish.
After turning in an 11th-place outing on Wednesday, Erb returned to the 3/8-mile oval on Thursday for the $10,000-to-win preliminary. Starting the feature in 21st via a third-place finish in his consolation race, Tyler ended the night on a high note as he improved eight spots to place 13th.
The final two rounds for the Wieland Winter Nationals on Friday and Saturday resulted in a 12th and 15th-place finishes for Terbo.
